Family Camp 2026

At Family Camp we work with families in a fun and supportive environment to heal past trauma, to both unite and bring families closer together in a more functional, loving, and cohesive way.

Children will process and release through art therapy directed fun, incredible for healing, and interactive classes, where during this time the adults will undergo their own healing processes and learning separately.

At other times the groups will reunite for various group activities, classes or cooking. Families will learn better ways to communicate, be more efficient, and to better support and love those around them. Additionally, they’ll learn the power of breath, mindfulness, and the incredible capabilities of their own energetic and emotional bodies. Becoming more in tune and empowered over their emotions and health.

During these 7 days experience:
